Refractory Spray Coating uses clay clinker as raw material, mixed with a variety of micro powder additives, and cement as the binder. In the furnace it should be sprayed with the construction of unshaped refractories. By using guns during construction, refractories in the pipeline with compressed air or mechanical pressure to get a sufficient speed, sprayed onto the spray surface to form a solid spray coating.
Refractory spray coating construction is convenient that don't need to set up template but very professional, which need skilled workers to operate according to specifications strictly. It's more and more popular in the new and maintenance kilns, especially in the application of hot repair kiln lining, refractory spray coating construction has obvious advantages.

Refractory spray coating is mainly used in blast furnace, hot blast stove and outlet trench, electric furnace, ladle and secondary refining furnace, soaking furnace and heating furnace , tube heating furnace, boiler, flue and chimney etc.
